Manager PMO (m/f/d)
ELEVATE is one of Fresenius’ largest business transformation programs, bringing together business, IT and implementation partners at global scale. As PMO Manager ELEVATE (m/f/d), you drive operational governance, planning and controls for Global Process Owner template workstreams. In this permanent full-time role based in Bad Homburg, you create transparency, manage risks and help turn complex transformation plans into disciplined execution.
Your responsibilities:

Own detailed planning, milestone tracking and RAID management for assigned workstreams

Maintain program documentation and keep records audit-ready throughout delivery

Apply governance standards, templates and change control processes consistently

Prepare clear status reports and executive-ready materials for key governance meetings

Consolidate workstream progress and highlight risks, issues and dependencies early
-
Coordinate blockers and follow up actions across business, IT, deployment and partner teams
-
Facilitate workstream governance meetings with structured agendas and outcomes
-
Align deliverables with Global Process Owners, transversal teams, SAP, Infosys and consulting partners
-
Support country deployment alignment and connect workstream and deployment activities

Build strong relationships across Fresenius and partner organizations to foster collaboration
Your qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline

At least 10 years of experience in complex global business transformation programs
-
Strong experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
-
Proven success in cross-functional, geographically distributed project environments
-
Experience in executive support, governance, stakeholder management and organizational change

Strong skills in planning, dependency management, RAID management, structured reporting and change control
-
Business-fluent English; German language skills are a plus
-
PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP certification and experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or another regulated industry are desirable

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create executive-ready reporting

Highly organized, proactive and collaborative, with calm execution focus during high-intensity phases such as cutover or go-live
